State is to be held to the highest standard. A Trooper of any class will be expected to remain respectful and courteous at all times, even if the situation isn’t as such. A Trooper of any class must maintain the highest of integrity. Without integrity what are we doing?! All scenes are subject to leniency, however the Romeo Pasta rolls. RP will be over everything! There will be none of the ‘W’ mentality. Have fun with it and remember at the end of the day ‘Its just a game’

Body/Dash Cams
These to be used at all times! commands /bodycam and /dashcam will need to be active as long as you are on duty! For High Command command /camdash will allow you to check on the troopers below you in ranks!
Traffic
All stops must be handled with integrity. Consistency is the key. Make sure all citations are filled out properly and completely. Make sure if it has to go to court for any reason it will be a slam dunk!
Injured/Downed persons
A max of 2 Troopers/Officer will respond to any injured or downed person. If more are needed, this will only be approved by highest rank on duty or dispatch.
Shots Fired
There will be a max of 2 Troopers/Officers that will respond. This will be to determine severity and the necessity to add more PD.
Robberies
First Trooper/Officer on scene will be announced Scene Command unless higher command is on scene. Scene Command WILL be followed no if ands or buts. With that said the success and failure of a scene rides on how well the scene goes. AGAIN scenes are ever changing. RP over everything. If the civilians come up with an awesome scene, story and back story. It is perfectly ok to take the ‘L’.
Use of Force
All force must be matched. If Civ uses hands, use hands. If they use a gun, use gun. so on and so forth. While in a chase if you begin to be fired upon the scene becomes a red zone. All force is approved. This is also to help protect the local population.
Arrests/Reports
Arrests will be handled with respect and without excessive force. The persons rights must be read as soon as cuffs are placed. Failure to do so will not be tolerated. There rights are required and without doing so could result in a suspect being released, and possible lawsuit. ALL REPORTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE ARRESTING TROOPER! Get the basics (charges, fines and photos) send them off then finish your report. Again we want these reports as honest as possible. A court case will ride on how well you right these up.
Civilian Rights(Miranda Rights)
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you?
Chain of Command (COC)
Always follow your your COC. It’s important to understand, in order for the Infocenter to continue improving, we need to make sure all things go’s through the right place. Every single rank has an area to cover and oversee, and therefore you are not allowed to bypass the COC at any time.
However, we expect at all times, that you will bring forward suggestions for improvement or any relevant feedback – positive or negative.

There is various special certification you can obtain. Some of the certifications will require a certain rank. Please follow your COC in order to apply for a certification. All certs will transfer from LSPD, However will need to be authorized before use! While you may be certed through LSPD, they MAY NOT fit the needs of the department, therefore authorization may not be given.

Officer down (10-99)
If you are taken down or in any way need backup, you should immediately hit your panic button via /panic.
An officer down takes priority over all other calls, and you will always respond code 3 as soon as possible.
Use with discretion. If you fly out because you forgot your seat belt. Don’t hit your panic. But if shot down hit your panic. If getting taken hostage don’t hit the panic unless absolutely necessary. We don’t want to ruin anybody’s RP if they are taking you hostage as in IRL you can’t use your radio when someone has a gun to your head or a hand wielding object unless the subject tell you other wise
